Hi, I’m Ashley.
As a woman, spouse, mom, counselor, adoptee, fitness enthusiast, and sentimental artist, I continually search to find peace amidst the chaos of life. Along my own journey, I have experienced the depths of pain, thinking it unimaginable that healing was possible. Through navigating my own suffering, I developed an intense desire and passionate calling to walk alongside wounded hearts.
As your counselor, I will hold space for you to feel, to examine, to process. I am here to sit with you in your pain, to hear your story, to encourage your search, to celebrate your resilience. My work is deeply relational, and I am committed to supporting you on your path to rekindle hope.
Whatever emotion you are feeling…in this moment…is valid, is real, is ok.
MY APPROACH
Counseling is a sacred place to share your story, to heal wounds, to find solace. I believe the connection between you and your counselor is at the heart. You are trusting me with the deepest pieces of your soul, and I honor that vulnerability. With warmth and compassion, I listen to your story. I ask questions. I observe patterns. I offer insight. I encourage you to creatively explore.
